What makes a 10 second car ....

engine

Chevrolet Gen V 454 BB taken from an american RV and stripped back to basics to fit into the S&W race frame. In the winter of 2017 / 2018 the engine was fully stripped down and the pistons were chanegd for high compression replacements as the heads underwent weight loss when they were also replaced by aluminium heads

Chassis

The chassis is a 125" Wheelbase S&W build imported from America by Golden Chariots at the end of 2016. There was some slight damage so in the spring of 2017 this was repaired by world famous race car builder Andy Robinson. At this point the chassis was tagged and certified to run 8 second quarter miles.

Exhaust

We say exhaust, what we really mean is, a few pipes that look good. These headers were hand crafted by Teds Fabrications to Mick's personal preference. Having opted for the retro look Ted set to work and soon they were shipped over and ready to fit on the car. They may look good but they do nothing in the way of noise suppression
